Teaching plans- how long you need to train for? To learn Kung Fu is a lifetime thing. When you choose Kung Fu, the training can be endless. After you finish our courses, and learn the basic rules and skills, you can live and breathe with it for the rest of your life and it will bring countless benefits both physically and mentally. We hereby make a training plan to start new beginners and assume you work hard for it. At the same time, we also welcome experienced Kung Fu practioners to come to better your skills. We hereby list the Shaolin Kung Fu courses as the main characteristic our school. If you are interested in training any of our other Kung Fu styles, you can choose Sanda (Shaolin Kick Boxing), Wing Chun or Mantis Boxing
Shaolin Kung Fu is like a vast ocean; the learning is endless. With the optional classes you can choose on your own and your master will help you to choose something related to your previous practice. Forms at this level need repeated practice, perhaps thousands of times to reach the highest levels of Shaolin Kung Fu.
Basic Level (1-3 months training)
In this time, you will realize KungFu is not an easy journey. At the same time you feel you can move faster and you become more flexible. The improvements will be self-evident. In this time, you can manage to get a general idea of what Shaolin Kung Fu is like and learn the methods to practice Shaolin Kung Fu.
Basic Kung Fu Theory;
Kung Fu customs;
Kung Fu Basics including fundamental kicks, steps and sweeps, punches, palms, hand shapes, etc;
Basic Jumps & Rolls;
Basic Sanda (Chinese KickBoxing) skills and exercises;
Conditioning & Power Training along with Power Stretching
Health Care Qigong & Meditation
Introductory Fist Forms and their applications:
Wu Bu Quan (Five Step Form)
Lian Huan Quan (Continuance Form)
Tong Bi Quan (Penetrating Back Fist Form)
