According to the performance method, it can be divided into Boxing skills, Broad Sword Skill, Sword Skill, Stick Skill, Spear Skill and other, totally over 100 kinds of skills. Shaolin Boxing can be divided into many systems. The most common ones are Da Hong Boxing, Xiao Hong Boxing, Seven-star Boxing, Tong-Bi Boxing, Nian Huan Boxing, plum Boxing, Gun Boxing, Mind Boxing, Liu He Boxing, Arhat Boxing, Greeting Sun Boxing, etc, which have a mount to over 200 boxing-systems.
