HADI: I stayed in the Qufu Kungfu School and studied Shaolin Kung Fu and praying Mantis. I also joined the Tai Chi class. The teachers are very knowledgeable and patient with teaching others. The international students attending the school are friendly and welcoming. I have Learned to do the basics with better accuracy and learned new skills that I will continue to improve back in the United States.
One recommendation I have regarding traning is to provide groups at different levels. Each person has a different level of endurance and strength. Endurance/strength pushes themselves too hard in order to keep up with the main group, they may injure themselves. Provide the just Right challenge so that you can succeed and continue to build endurance/strength appropriate.
JESSICA: The people are welcoming and enthusiastic. All the Shifus are well uersed in their Martial Arts. The environment is calm and well facilitated for Kung Fu traning. However , the level of traning are not base on students current level. It is good to Punch acts are not suitable, as ashing a student to do too push ups is unreasonable. overall the actual kung Fu traning is good, but the endurance and staming traning needs to be change As if feels like everyone is shove into one level of traning disnegarding students current ability. It be better to split stamina and endurance traning based on current levels, not based on which Shifu the students are under.
