The Kung Fu school near the beautiful placed National Park of Shimen overfilled my needs when I came here.

The training is professional and adapted to your capabilities. The two Masters and the two staff members are motivated.

The food is traditional and smell very good. The Training contains the basic elements of a good training: warm up, stretching (Do carefully and precise all the exercises) and the 24 elements of tai chi (one after another). The master is very patient also for people who hadn't any experience with martial art. Near the school is a super market where you find the things you need. 

The weekend you can go to the National Park (historical and geological very interesting) or visit Qufu, if you have interest on Confucius and the Chinese culture. For a clean Environment in and outside the school, the student has to help with. Finally this school I recommend everyone who wants to come in balance with his mind and body and to get to know a part of the Chinese culture and people.
