I hesitated for a long time before i had the decision to come to QUFU SHAOLIN KUNG FU SCHOOL, to be honest i was really scared on the way to the school and worried about the training about the atmosphere of the school about the masters, the food, the rooms etc... but after i arrived it took me only one day to announce to myself and to my friends that coming here was one of the best decisions i had ever have in my life, the masters are amazing they have such a positive energy that let us go through the pain of the training with less pressure, at the first morning i felt this school is my home, it is clean and the rooms are big, the food is healthy and more than enough, beside the cooking ladies treat us like their own kids and cared about us.

It is amazing that we had hot water 24/7 for showering at anytime, and for drinking.

The heating system that is everywhere in the school kept the school really warm and we couldn’t  feel the cold weather from outside.

QUFU SHAOLIN KUNG FU SCHOOL is located in Shimen Mountain National park, and surrounded with other mountains gives the school an amazing calm location give you the chance to quiet your mind and your soul .

The school’s training schedule is perfect, well prepared with short breaks between each classes, giving you the chance to get ready to the next class, we had a nice warming up at the beginning of each class the helped us a lot with my stretching, in addition to the different type of classes during the week that kept me away from being bored and gave me chance to learn more.

I was amazed with the changes i had in my body only after one month of training , i wished if i could stay longer but i have to back to work but i will make sure to come back again to QUFU SHAOLIN SCHOOL to continue what i have started ,

Master WEI has has an amazing wisdom at a young age to make all class a great mix between power, focused and fun Wei always hear the tiredness of the students mixed with laughter
